1 EASY STEP TO PEACE AND HAPPINESS

Do you want to know the easy path to peace and happiness? It’s not as hard as you might think.

The number one thing you can do is to just BE THANKFUL.

It’s not hard at all.

No matter how bad you have it, you have something that you can find to be thankful for.

For example; If you are reading this – you must be alive!

- I am THANKFUL that I am alive.

Say it out loud. Ponder it, feel it.

I am THANKFUL to be alive.

Say it again and stress a different word.

‘I’ am thankful to be alive.

Breath it in.

Say it again. Stress a different word

I ‘AM’ thankful to be alive.

How does that feel?

Again, repeat, stress another word.

I am thankful to be ‘ALIVE’!

Find something else you can say you are thankful for. Say it out loud. Ponder it, feel it, play with it.

I am thankful for ______________________(you fill in the blank)

Play with it, practice it, you will find that your spirits will dramatically lift.

Here are just a few examples to get you started:

I am thankful to live in a free country.

I am thankful to be healthy.

I am thankful for my pet that loves me.

You try.
